Agreement Checkin

Welcome to Hotel Check In. By accessing or using our mobile application or website (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Egligiblity

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws.

Use of Services

Hotel Check In provides users with a digital platform to complete hotel check-in procedures in advance using UAE Pass or passport details. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Not impersonate any person or entity. Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

User Accounts

Users must keep their login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Check-In and Booking

You may retrieve or complete your check-in using a reservation number, passport/unified number, or other credentials. Hotel Check In acts as a digital facilitator and does not manage hotel bookings directly.

Digital Signature & Document Upload

You agree to electronically sign forms and upload valid documents (ID/passport) when required for verification. Hotel Check In uses OCR and biometric tools to verify uploaded content.

Service Availability

Service availability may be affected by technical issues or hotel system outages. Hotel Check In does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or other users’ data. Misuse, hack, or interfere with the app’s functionality. Upload false, misleading, or malicious information.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via app updates or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
